Teaching Assistant
We have a unique opportunity to join our passionate, creative and inspirational team at Lime Academy Watergall. Our school is a diverse, nurturing and inclusive environment where children feel safe and are excited to learn.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled teaching assistant to work with our dedicated team helping children develop social skills, confidence and self-respect. This role will be predominantly based in our nurture provision, supporting children who have significant barriers to learning and help them self-regulate and develop confidence and emotional resilience in order to allow them to access learning.
The successful applicant would be a key part of this exciting journey working with children delivering practical, adapted learning opportunities in a carefully designed nurturing environment.
The position would suit a candidate who is passionate about making a real difference, has experience of working with children who are experiencing emotional and developmental challenges and is dedicated to provide every child with an opportunity to shine, be successful and be happy.
